Fairer interview practice
Rehearse aloud with a patient partner that will not judge you.
Ask: “You are interviewing me for [role]. Ask one question at a time about my bullet: [bullet]. After each answer, tell me what was clear and what you would probe further.” Then answer out loud, not by typing.
Answering aloud is the point. Typing gives you time to polish; speaking shows you where the story wobbles. Keep the tool's feedback on structure and clarity, and ignore any coaching on what to claim.
If the model suggests an answer that stretches the truth, that is a prompt to find a truer story, not to adopt the stretch.
- One question at a time, answered aloud.
- Take feedback on clarity, not on what to claim.
- A stretched answer is a signal to find a truer one.
PIXEL / THE COACH
I will ask you the same question fourteen times and never once sigh, check my watch, or mention that my cousin does this job. Use me for the boring repetitions.
Try it
Put your strongest bullet through three questions, out loud. After each one, write a single sentence on what you would say differently next time.
Ask me three interview questions about this bullet, one at a time, and wait for my answer before the next. Afterwards, tell me which answer was weakest and why.
Then paste it into whichever assistant you use — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot. Not sure which? Meet them all.

Nobody else can answer you, and you cannot answer anybody else. This is not a forum — we would rather say that than run a room we cannot watch at three in the morning.
Your question goes up with the answer and without your name. Nothing identifies you, ever.
If we cannot answer it we will tell you why, and that one stays between us.
