Make it your own
Build a small routine that genuinely helps.
A useful routine is short: ask, inspect, edit, verify, decide. Ask with context. Inspect for anything invented or missing. Edit so it sounds like you. Verify the facts that matter. Decide, yourself, whether to use it.
Pick one recurring task and run the routine on it for a week. Keep what saves time and drop what does not. There is no prize for using AI; the prize is a better Tuesday.
If a tool starts to feel like the one doing the thinking, that is the moment to pause. Your judgement is the part that cannot be automated, and the part everything else depends on.
- Ask, inspect, edit, verify, decide.
- One recurring task for one week.
- Keep your voice and your judgement.

ORBIT / THE NAVIGATOR
The habit that sticks is the small one you actually repeat. Nobody has ever kept up a forty-minute daily AI routine. Two minutes on a Tuesday survives for years.
Try it
Pick your repeating job and write the five steps on something you will actually see. Run it three times this week, then keep only the steps you used.
Here are the five steps I follow for a job I repeat: [list them]. Turn that into an instruction I can paste each time, with gaps for the bits that change.
Then paste it into whichever assistant you use — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot. Not sure which? Meet them all.

Ask about this page and we will answer it here, where the next person can read it too.
Nobody else can answer you, and you cannot answer anybody else. This is not a forum — we would rather say that than run a room we cannot watch at three in the morning.
Your question goes up with the answer and without your name. Nothing identifies you, ever.
If we cannot answer it we will tell you why, and that one stays between us.
